4x4 Vehicle Recovery Course

These courses are designed for Police and Sheriff's Departments, Fire Departments, Search and Rescue Teams, Park Rangers, State Officers and other public safety agencies. 

The off road courses are California POST Certified. California POST has strict requirements in the course approval process.

This course is taught by an Instructor that has completed the California POST Certified train the trainer 4x4 Off Road EVOC Instructor’s Course. A Florida certified Law Enforcement Instructor and a Florida Certified Law Enforcement EVOC Instructor.

A one day dedicated course to various methods to recover a vehicle.

• Winching – single and double line pulls.
• Winching – front mounted winch – pulling the vehicle backwards.
• Momentum Recovery Techniques - using straps slow steady pull
• Dynamic Recovery Techniques – commonly known as snatching  
• Various Anchoring Techniques – vehicle to vehicle, vehicle to fixed object.
• Traction Pads
• Hi Lift Jacks
